Should have the ability to work independently with little supervision and drive the team to define, develop and execute the product plan from concept to tape-out.
Must be proficient in transistor level design and system implementation of typical building blocks like charge pumps, comparators, amplifiers, bandgaps, linear regulators, switching regulators etc.
Must have solid leadership experience in leading a team of engineers with a proven history of mentoring and promoting talent.
Direct experience in building teams from scratch and developing power products in any of the desired functions is a big plus.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer engineering
13+ years in Analog Circuit Design, Simulation and Verification
Additional Information
Solid understanding of IC processing (preferably BCD nodes), packaging and production test along with familiarity with advanced IC CAD tools
Schematic generation, simulation and verification using modern CAD tools
Familiarity with complete simulation suite including block level, top-level, worst-case corner identification and Monte Carlo analysis along with parasitic extraction and simulation.
Solid understanding of layout care-abouts and identifying limitations of design to testability, debug, characterization and production/yield targets
