Analyst

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

·       Work as a team to support Commercial Pricing team to achieve the sales goal.

·       Involves preparation of Pricing files & other Pricing & Sales related activities

·       Upload/deliver the Price files as per the customer requirement.

·       Maintenance of prices on SAP.

·       Generation of basic reports from BI

·       Preparation of master price file

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

·       Extraction of data from SAP and creation of custom Price Files using MS-Access (materials ranges from 400, 000 – 500,000 per file)

·       Preparation of master price files with 145+ fields

·       Price file validation – Comparing customer agree conditions Vs conditions available on ERP

·       Generation of Sales report for various Business Units

·       Preparation of CSP upload file and load it in ERP systems (P01, PRE, PRP and Oracle)

·       Qualifying cases in SFDC by adding case reasons

·       Extraction of customer conditions from ERP systems

·       Extraction of reports from SFDC for the list of quotes and reporting back to stake holders.
