Primary responsibility: Manual Testing & developing Automation scripts
We are looking for a passionate Quality Engineer to work on Integration platform that manages Programme and break files required for Ad Insertion and analytics for Sky’s Ad Tech Integration Platform. The team is highly collaborative and values continuous improvement and open communication. You will be expected to be a well-regarded and respected individual contributor; possess strong inter-personal skills, be able to coach and learn from other members.
Key responsibilities:
· Understanding Integration platform to conduct manual & automated tests to support new releases
· Understanding existing test cases and improving them
· Perform functional testing, regression testing & E2E testing to catch any defects and improve the overall quality of our deliverables
· Create, maintain and execute automated test scripts using various tools and frameworks
What you'll do:
Work within an energetic, driven team, working at the forefront of Advertising Technology at Sky Integration platform
Able to support manual testing and driving the automation framework
Designing and developing test automation scripts
What you'll bring:
3+ years’ experience as a Test Engineer with experience to develop one or more automation test suites.
Exposure to Automation frameworks in Java, Cucumber, Pytest or Python
Prior experience with IBM or similar middleware and testing complex business processes
Desire to always learn and discover new technologies
Highly accurate and detail orientated. A good communicator happy liaising with people on-site and remotely.
