Description:

We are seeking a digitally savvy Business Analyst with strong analytical skills and an affinity for working with data to join our Growth Realization Office (GRO) team within Company’s Life Science Integrated Supply Chain and Operations (ISCO). In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing project-related business data and developing insights to support decision-making within the team. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for data analysis, a knack for using digital tools like Tableau and Foundry, and the ability to work quickly and proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand data needs and provide analytical support for ongoing projects.

• Create interactive and dynamic dashboards to visualize data, trends, and project performance metrics.

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights that support the team’s projects and initiatives.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity, performing data cleaning and preparation as necessary.

• Develop and automate regular reports to track key performance indicators and project outcomes. Also, identify patterns, trends, and insights in data to assist the team.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.

·       Proficiency in Tableau and power BI for data visualization, with experience creating user-friendly dashboards with a wiliness to upskill on further tools.

·       Strong analytical skills, with a solid understanding of data management, statistics, and data analysis techniques.

·       Familiarity with databases and data querying (e.g., SQL) is a plus.

·       Fluent in English with an ability to work independently, proactively seeking out data solutions and insights that align closely with our business needs and stakeholder orientation.

·       Excellent attention to detail and an eagerness to dive deep into data to find solutions.
