Title: Analyst – Direct Purchasing

Location: Bangalore – Electronic City

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY: 

Provide quantitative scope information about the position that will best describe or measure its size, influence and impact on the business.  Use those relevant for the role:

·       Logistics

·       Order Management

·       Subsidiary Management

·       Ensure compliance of Intercompany Policies and Procedures.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

·       Support ISCO- NA FG Replenishment Team in the required processes for US region

ESSENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

·       Timely Subsidiary Task Processing

·       Trackwise Credit Processing with SLA

·       Co-ordinate with internal teams to complete tasks

·       Flexible for shift timings.

·       Team Analytics

BASIC QUALIFICATION:

·       Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain or 0-2 years of work experience in customer service, logistics, with ERP systems.

·       Technical proficiency with appropriate procurement systems and analytic tools.

·       Knowledge of MS office package (outlook, word, power point, excel and access)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

·       Knowledge of Oracle Order Management

·       Knowledge of SAP P80 Tempo for Order Processing

·       Understanding of operations, including order processing, logistics processes & procedures.

·       Excellent analytical, business process analysis and problem-solving capabilities.

·       Ability to read, follow and understand standard operating procedures for Intercompany.

·       Willingness to learn and quickly adjust to new tasks.

·       Ability to research problems using ERP systems.

·       Highly motivated and results oriented.

·       Ability to complete small scale projects or tasks on a deadline.
