Job Title: Senior Consultant

Opportunity Overview:

This client-facing role is part of a rapidly growing practice, focusing on building relationships with key stakeholders in globally recognized brands. The position offers the chance to understand complex business transactions and recommend solutions to pressing challenges and process inefficiencies. You will collaborate with performance improvement professionals to help major clients transform and sustain business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Management:

- Understand client business and industry trends.

- Build strong relationships with clients and onshore teams.

- Maintain proactive communication with clients.

2. Market Leadership:

- Support business development initiatives.

- Contribute to thought leadership content and innovation efforts.

3. Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA):

- Review narratives and risk control matrices to validate processes and controls.

- Conduct walkthroughs and interviews to gather necessary information.

- Identify control gaps and communicate issues to relevant stakeholders.

- Manage RCSA assessments and prepare reports for senior management.

4. Control Testing:

- Coordinate control testing for operating effectiveness evaluations.

- Document results, identify exceptions, and communicate findings to management.

- Update testing procedures and relevant documentation based on results.

5. Quality Control:

- Ensure quality guidelines are met within established turnaround times.

- Mentor and coach junior team members.

6. Operational Excellence:

- Ensure compliance with risk management strategies.

- Support engagement budgets and assist in planning staff levels for projects.

Qualifications:

- 2-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Big 4 environment.

- Degree in Accounting/Business from a reputable university.

- CPA/ACCA/MBA Finance or Chartered Accountancy preferred; CIA or similar certifications are a plus.

- Proficiency in MS Office and process modeling tools; familiarity with data analytics tools and leading GRC platforms (e.g., SAP, Archer).

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to travel globally.
