FS RT-EGRC-Senior- Enterprise Resilience
The Enterprise Resilience Manager helps businesses adapt and thrive in the face of disruptions, ensuring operational continuity and long-term value. This role involves managing risks across technology, people, premises, processes, data, and third parties, while identifying opportunities and addressing risks within engagements.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Responsibilities
Lead Enterprise Resilience projects and propose solutions aligned with client requirements.
Foster teamwork and maintain transparent communication with the project team.
Highlight risks, propose mitigation strategies, and manage project deliverables.
Build productive client relationships and ensure timely reporting.
Prepare client-ready reports and schedules.
Demonstrate flexibility for travel as needed.
People Responsibilities
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Promote a culture of quality, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
Train and mentor project resources on workplace policies and deliverables.
Experience:
5+ years in Enterprise Resilience, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery.
Hands-on experience with Operational Resilience, Cyber Resilience, and Third-Party Management.
Proficiency in Enterprise Resilience frameworks (e.g., ISO22301).
Experience conducting assessments and drafting risk reports with findings and recommendations.
Expertise in developing policies, standards, KRIs/KPIs, and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with resilience tools (e.g., ServiceNow, IBM, VEEAM, Fusion).
Strong understanding of security concepts related to Enterprise Resilience.
Experience conducting training and workshops on Enterprise Resilience.
Proven client and delivery management experience in consulting or blue-chip organizations.
Educational background: B.E./B.Tech (Electronics/Comp. Science), MBA, or M.Sc.
Experience with Big 3 or top-tier IT/ITeS companies.
Professional certifications such as ISO22301, CBCP, EDRP, or CBCI
