Network Operations Engineer

Required Skills:

Must Haves:

·       4-9 years of experience.

·       Expertise in knowledge in LAN/WAN and troubleshooting

·       Expertise in Network Infrastructure and Technologies (Routing & switching)

·       Advanced knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting Routing protocols like RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP etc

·       Advanced knowledge in troubleshooting LAN technologies like VTP, STP, Port-channel, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP

·       Good experience in troubleshooting complex network issues.

·       Basic/Good knowledge in monitoring tools (CA Spectrum/SolarWinds/ManageEngine)

·       Basic/Good knowledge in Windows and Linux Operating systems

·       Good knowledge in ITSM process (INC, RITM and Change process)

·       Ready to work in 24/7 shifts.

·       Experience working in a team oriented.

·       Good communication skill (verbal and written)

Nice to Have

·       Proxy solution - BlueCoat/ForcePoint/Zscaler

·       Good/Expert knowledge in Firewalls

Certifications:

·       CCNA, CCNP certification.

Intake Details:

Must have:

• 4-9 Years of Experience

• Expertise knowledge in Perimeter security – Firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Force Point), DDOS, IPS/IDS. Firewall policies, Failover, multiple context mode and Transparent firewall, NAT/PAT, VPN technologies – IPSEC & SSL VPN.

• Good experience in troubleshooting complex network issues.

• Basic/Good knowledge of monitoring tools (CA Spectrum/SolarWinds/ManageEngine)

• Basic/Good knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating systems

• Good knowledge of ITSM process (INC, RITM, and Change process)

Nice to have:
