PMO

Owns delivery of all Projects/Programs requirements under a specified portfolio.

· Follow Project Management Methodology with Intelligent framework & process excellence.

· Manage Project/ Programme execution within the agreed budget, time, and quality guidelines.

· Assesses and reports project deliveries' health with objectivity, accuracy, and transparency

· Predicts and identifies risks/opportunities from interdependencies of programme deliverables

· Ensures that appropriate stakeholders are engaged in risk identification and mitigation

· Ensure agreed PM process/methodology adherence

· Governance, performance, Risk, Comms Management

· Support planning and execute customer engagement events

· Perform Projects Performance Data Analysis and develop/present Reporting/dashboard

Skills

· Excellent presentation, data analysis and visualization, communication skills (written and spoken)

· Good understanding of Software engineering and/or IT Operations

· Good working knowledge of Transition, Project Management and PMO office

· Experience of managing medium to large Project transitions / PMO / Service delivery into execution

· Programme/Project Management experience, Key relationship management
