Within Group Communications & Infrastructure, Group Voice and Data services is a team delivering high quality software upgrade, new services, Network enhancement and technological evaluation. The use of agile method and tools is a pivotal for the team to deliver business objectives. We are looking for a Scrum Master who has worked on complex telco/Mobile programs.

Job Description/Skills

· At least 3+ relevant experience as a scrum master.

· Strong track record of using Agile methodologies to deliver working software.

· Strong experience in using JIRA. Creating JIRA boards, big picture.

· Excellent analysis skills; Passion, drive, and resilience with a solution focused mindset

· The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within an agile team.

· Understanding of telco projects lifecycle will be an added advantage.

· Solid hands-on experience on Jira, confluence; knowledge of various Agile frameworks and excellent knowledge of Scrum Techniques.

· Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and have proven ability to influence technical decisions in a fast-moving commercial environment.

· Outstanding organization skills include experience on Microsoft Excel, word and PowerPoint for reporting purpose.

· Ability to work with multi-skilled multi-cultural team (including NRE, Testers, Designers and Technical leads) based in diverse geography.

· Solid experience of carrying out Sprint planning & Agile ceremonies i.e., Stand-ups, planning, backlog refinement, Demos, retrospectives with JIRA knowledge. Host project kick-off, technical and design reviews.

Nice to Have:

· Experience on Networking, Mobile or Telecom Project

· Certification in Scrum Master
