Your key responsibilities

• Provide solutions proficiency in BY (D&F/ESP) modules to analyse and identifying gaps, to lead the solution design, and implement the BY application modules to meet business requirements

• Lead implementation, configurations, testing, training, knowledge transfer and documentation activities

• Able to conduct workshops to understand end to end business process requirements and propose the best possible solution

• Deliver high quality client solutions that meet and exceed client expectations and are delivered on-time and on-budget

• Manage client solution delivery, including defining project approach, motivating project teams, monitoring, managing project risks, managing client and key stakeholders and successfully delivering client solutions

• Identifying new business opportunities, including building strong client relations, understanding client needs and solution offerings, communicating client opportunities to leadership, and helping develop client opportunities

• Ability to do the Oracle SQL/PLSQL coding to develop the custom objects

Skills and attributes for success

• Gather Business requirements/ lead design discussions with customer & business teams

• Work on Proposal and RFP’s

• Analyse business requirements and Perform Fit-Gap Analysis

• Develop detailed solution design based on business requirements

• Strong expertise in detailed configuration and testing of Blue Yonder planning modules (D&F/ESP)

• Assist customer/business teams during UAT phase

• Prepare and Review project documentations
