As a Senior Adobe Analytics Lead, you will guide a team of analytics consultants, leveraging

your expertise to spearhead the implementation and configuration of Adobe Analytics

solutions. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate collection and

analysis of digital data, driving data-driven insights and informing key business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the use of Adobe Analytics tools, including Adobe Launch and Adobe Web

    Analytics, to optimize digital experiences and drive data-driven insights for Dyson’s digital platforms.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of analytics consultants, ensuring

    accurate data collection, reporting, and analysis.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and configure Adobe Analytics

    solutions, aligning with business objectives and optimizing user experiences.

  • Drive process improvements and the adoption of best practices in the use of Adobe Analytics tools, staying updated on industry trends and technologies.

  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively engage with global stakeholders

    and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a

    related field.

  • At least 7 years of experience with web technologies, and a strong command of

    JavaScript and related frameworks such as jQuery, as well as a deep understanding

    of HTTP, DNS, CDNs, and cookie management.

  • At least 7 years of experience with Adobe Analytics tools, particularly Adobe Launch

    and Adobe Web Analytics, in a leadership role.

  • 2-3 years experience with Google Analytics tools (GA4) and Google Tag Manager

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively interpret

    data and drive strategic improvements.

  • Excellent communication abilities to work collaboratively with cross-functional

    teams and articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring analytics teams, fostering a culture of

    innovation, agility, and data-driven decision making.

  • A motivated and proactive learner, eager to stay updated on the latest digital trends

    and technologies and apply that knowledge to our analytics capabilities.
