Senior Analyst/Specialist-Analytics & MarTech
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
· Designs and creates Tableau and Looker Studio dashboards.
· Updates and maintains existing dashboards.
· Transfers data and works with Google Sheets.
· Builds reports from dashboards.
· Performs web page tagging for business web pages.
· Utilizes Google Tag Manager for efficient tracking and tagging.
· Works with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to create target audiences and ad-hoc reports and provide campaign analysis from Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic ,etc.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Designs and develops interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Tableau and Looker Studio to support business decision-making.
· Regularly updates and maintains dashboards to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
· Transfers data between various platforms, including Google Sheets, and ensures data integrity and accuracy.
· Builds comprehensive reports from dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on the data.
· Implements web page tagging for business web pages to track user behavior and interactions.
· Utilizes Google Tag Manager to manage and implement tags efficiently, enhancing tracking capabilities.
· Works with GA4 to create and analyze target audiences and GA4 reports, providing insights into user behavior and media buying campaign performance.
· Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective web analytics solutions.
· Monitors and analyses website performance, performs competitive analyses, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
· Stays updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web analytics.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Who you are:
Education: Batchelor’s/ Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Master’s Degree in Data Sciences, Statistics or a related field.
Experience: 4-8 Years of experience in related field
Technical Skills / Competencies:
· Builds comprehensive reports from dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on the data.
· Works with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to create target audiences and ad-hoc reports and provide campaign analysis from Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic ,etc. & provides insights into user behavior and media buying campaign performance.
Preferred Certification:
· Google Analytics /Looker Studio Certification- Preferred
· Tableau Certification- Preferred
· Google Tag Manager Certification-Preferred.
