Senior Lead Strategy & Planning Consultant

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Proven experience and track record in creating and executing strategic programs and working in strategic consulting teams.

• Experience and good understanding of the Banking industry, analytics & reporting and GIC world and its processes.

• End-to-end understanding of digital organizations, Agile culture, tools & processes, ways of working

• 7+ years of domain experience in business strategy, planning, transformation & advisory

• Post-graduation in business management is preferred.

• Good understanding of Banking / Financial services domain (Wholesale / Consumer Banking / Wealth & Investment Management)

• Good understanding of secular trends impacting banking industry

• Efficient project management skills

• Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
