Senior Specialist Marketing Analytics
Job Responsibilities:
• Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external
sources to drive insights into business performance.
• Design, develop and automate data tools and dashboards that enable self-
service frameworks for the data consumers.
• Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques that translate
data into actionable insights that power marketing strategies.
• Implement data hygiene, data standardization and data transformation that
optimizes other data processes.
• Understand business questions, audience use cases and translate business
requirements into technical design and specifications.
• Work with Marketing specialists to form creative data solutions to support
experimentation via test design and statistical analysis.
• Perform on-going validation of metrics definitions and define new metrics
required to aid successful business measurement.
• Identifying new opportunities to automate reports, dashboards, data
management processes, current operations and show root cause analysis of
problems.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Data Science or Engineering.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data
Science, Marketing Analytics.
• Proficient in reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Google
Data Studio, experience with Digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Experience with SQL, Relational Database management systems and Cloud
Databases (GCP).
• Experience in predictive, prescriptive analytics, web analytics, statistical
modelling, and intervention measurement methodologies such as causal
impact analysis, geo testing, A/B testing, regression analysis etc.
• Experience with programming skills such as R, Python, JavaScript.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Good to have knowledge of Digital Marketing platforms, Salesforce CRM.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, especially around data
acquisition, transforming data into information.
• Ability to learn new technical skills quickly and with little guidance.
• Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and highly skilled at providing
actionable insights from a combination of data sources
(Structured/Unstructured).
