ServiceNow Developer-CMDB

Core Responsibilities

o Collaborate with stakeholders, system architects and IT teams to understand requirements and

implement solutions that enrich the platform and enhance the user experience

o Collaborates with project partners to identify product and technical requirements. Conducts

analysis to settle integration needs.

o Design solutions on ServiceNow platform through Workflow, Flow Designer, Integration Hub,

Orchestration, Mid Servers, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, ACLs, SLAs,

Registry Events, Scheduled Jobs etc.

o Engage and support business services and ensure adherence to technology standards across

capability delivery teams including service providers

o Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver ServiceNow solutions, troubleshooting and

resolving issues/ incidents

o Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly

understood and backlog items are prioritized and partner with Developers to design and

implement the solutions

o Demonstrate a flexible and adaptive approach to accommodate changing requirements.

o Must be self-directed with proven ability to make mature decisions supported by thorough data

and process analysis.

o Displays in-depth knowledge of engineering methodologies, concepts, skills, and their application

in the area of specified engineering specialty.

o Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

o Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.

o Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
