Sr Manager Contracting Procurement GCC

·         Accountable for leadership of a team of contract managers, delivering contract activities in support of Global Procurement

·         Ability to track all aspects of sourcing process from initial business requirements to final contact execution

·         Development of best practices and processes for contracting within Global Procurement

·         Leads contracting activities to ensure compliance with appropriate company policies, GxPs and other applicable regulations, as applicable.

·         Provides leadership in setting group goals/objectives for the team

·         Manages team of professional level employees responsible for performing contract management tasks

·         Able to to prioritize and manage workload across teams

·         Provides coaching and guidance on job performance and career development to direct reports and provides leadership example for the organzation.

·         Coaches proficiency on procurement technical skills among global procurement team.
