The role will be responsible for analyzing data, creating reports and providing insights that will enable category teams to make informed decisions to support strategies and enable the development of data literacy capability across Global Procurement. In addition, working with colleagues globally the role will drive and implement innovation and best practice in ways of working.

This is a key leadership role which report to the Director of the Global Procurement Capability Center and will be a member of the Global Procurement Capability Center leadership team.

Key Accountabilities:

Accountable for leadership of a team of analysts providing reports, data insights, dashboards, and data models to enable the delivery across the global procurement organization, including:

Performance Analytics:· Providing Category teams with ad-hoc analysis in support of strategy development and stakeholder engagement· Responsible for the creation of new, and maintenance of existing, dashboards used by Global Procurement

 Providing the Global Procurement Leadership Team with key performance tracking metrics

 Accountable for the tracking and reporting of internal requests received and actioned by the Performance and Analytics team  Benchmarking and Forecasting:

·  Provide external Benchmarking and market analysis for category teams in support of strategy development·  Leverage internal and external data sources to build new analytics capabilities identifying trends and patterns to forecast future direction and strategy

 Develop and support new and existing metrics to further expand our insights and pipeline of e-sourcing and performance event results

 Develop and optimize how data and learnings across the Global Procurement organization can be shared by all to provide new insights and ideas 

Sourcing Support and Comparative Analysis

·  Operationalize the preparation and execution of RFI’s, RFP’s, and RFQ’s supporting multiple categories across global procurement

 Work within COE and Category teams to participate in event preparation meetings, requirements reviews, development of questionnaires, score sheets, and provide project support throughout the event·  Maintain, standardize, and optimize RFx templates, reporting, and supplier response evaluations to continuously improve the data available to category teams and stakeholders·  Validate sourcing event documents, suppliers, and event stakeholders to ensure completeness of data and support suppliers prior to and during an event

 Develop and extract results from events to provide detailed reporting and comparative analysis of responses, pricing, and evaluations

 Lead the preparation and execution of Supplier Performance events alongside the category teams including the scheduling of supplier evaluations, preparing events based on input from Category Teams, inviting suppliers and internal evaluators, and providing detailed reporting to Category teams after completion.

 Partner with COE Systems team to further leverage the capabilities of the e-sourcing and supplier evaluation platforms to identify new features and improvements with our partners Team Development

Provides coaching and guidance on job performance and career development to direct reports and provides leadership example for the organization.
