Sr Secialist Cybersecurity - Control Testing (Planning, Governance & Reporting)
Experience Level: 8+ years.
Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru
Responsibilities Include:
Working with CTR team leadership in understanding the planning, governance, and reporting needs for the team.
Designing efficient and effective processes to support various activities within planning, governance, and reporting areas and owning the end-to-end execution of those processes.
Generating periodic risk reports that provide a clear articulation of risk to ATS’s objectives using the test results and open issues produced by the testers.
Mentoring and supporting junior team members with advice and training.
Project managing the development of a Control Testing Methodology and other key components of Technology Risk Management Framework (TRMF) and tooling that are related to or impact control testing.
Establishing a document storage and archival approach to efficiently collect, store, distribute, and destroy planning, governance and reporting data in a reliable and secure manner.
Acting as a custodian of test results, risk reports, methodologies, standards, tools, and processes used or produced by the CTR team.
Required skills:
Minimum 8 years’ experience in project management, planning, governance, and reporting within Technology Risk Management or Consulting or Assurance space with at least 5 of those years specifically supporting Assurance.
Strong project management / planning / risk reporting skills.
Expert knowledge of basic data processing tools like spreadsheets.
Strong documentation and effective articulation skills.
Desirable skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, Commerce, Business Studies or Cyber Security.
Prior experience with data visualization tools.
Prior experience in delivering continuous improvement / automation projects.
SharePoint development skills.
