Technical Business Analyst
Job Description
· Support the Programme team and Senior Business Analysts to drive development of processes that serve as Risk controls across Telco services such as Broadband, Mobile and Voice.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish objectives for process transformation initiatives.
· Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
· Develop detailed business requirements documents, process maps, and use cases to guide the implementation of solutions.
· Support cross-functional teams to execute process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
· Participate in User Acceptance test (UAT), document the UAT for process effectiveness. Manage change requests monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented changes, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
· Assess the organization's IT security posture, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending solutions to mitigate TSA risks.
· Collaborate with IT teams to define security best practices, policies, and procedures to safeguard sensitive information and systems.
· Cultivate good relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, and IT professionals, to support their needs and priorities.
· Communicate effectively to convey complex technical concepts and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
What you'll bring:
· You will be passionate about delivering a great seamless customer experience, driving innovation, and delivering successful projects (systems integration, upgrades, expansions, migrations)
· Master degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study (e.g. computer science, IT, business informatics) as well as at least 3-4.5 years of relevant professional experience.
· Experience in modelling and implementing processes
· Experience / understanding of standard IT frameworks such as ITIL, Scrum, SAFe and DevOps
· You will have a proven track record of supporting successful complex transformation delivery projects, within large teams in a multicultural environment.
· Proven experience of good people engagement and collaborative skills.
· A background across network technologies such as IDAM, Voice and Telco Cloud.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to effectively deliver information at all levels including at times up to C-suite
· Passionate about continuous improvement in project governance and delivery best practice.
