Technology Business Support Coordinator
In this role, you will:
Act as a first point of contact in providing solutions to technical issues for a business unit or work group
Perform duties of basic to moderate complexity, including provision of user access, assessing security administration issues, production support and troubleshooting, application maintenance, and monitoring or balancing
Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
Interact with colleagues of the assigned business unit or work group for any technical issues
Work with technology partners to draft business requirements and user specifications
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Technical Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
4 to 7 Years experience in Adobe Experience Management Technology Business Systems Consultant
Adobe Experience Management (AEM)
Java Script, Jquery, HTML, CSS is desirable
Knowledge of Jaws, Common Look, Crawford Tech, Open Access, NVDA vendor products and testing will be an advantage
Understanding of readability and usability standards in relation to forms design.
Ability to manage multiple projects with challenging deadlines.
Research skills and ability to present data and solutions.
Training skills - ability to create training materials and present to others.
Ability to take documentation and apply to forms.
Job Expectations:
Able to multi-task to accomplish tasks effectively.
Adobe , Java script , Jqueury , HTML , CSS is desirable and will be an added advantage
