Want to do the best work of your life? With 24 million customers in 6 countries, make your mark at Europe’s leading media and entertainment brand. A workplace where you can proudly be yourself; our people make Sky a truly exciting and inclusive place to work.

If you want to take your analysis and influencing skills to the next level so that you can shape the next big thing at Sky, then this is the role for you. This role will have high visibility: you will be working with all parts of the organisation as you shape and define the experience for trial participants, as we test new products and services for Sky’s most exciting launches. It is not for the faint-hearted! The role is rewarding but challenging, and you will have to be self-motivated and resilient. What you'll do:

·         You will work with the Trial Managers through the discovery phase, eliciting experience requirements and you will be responsible for defining the Trial Experience Strategy. You will outline the experience roadmap, define your plan of action, and see these through to execution and delivery phases.

·         You will set up projects on our trial management platform, Centercode, for trial recruitment and trialist management. We use this platform to collect feedback, host trial resources and encourage community engagement. Once the trial is live, you will send out communications and trial activities, and manage new tickets and responses from trialists.

·         You will own the full end-to-end recruitment process: From eliciting trialist requirements to creating trial terms and conditions with the legal team, through to setting up the recruitment process on Centercode and sending out the invite. You will lead on data analysis and vetting trialists before selecting the trialists that will be used for our trials.

·         You will implement governance around the trialist experience and tailor this to individual trials, measuring performance against team KPI’s.

·         You will be comfortable identifying and calling out risks and issues throughout planning and into trial execution. Deciding and implementing corrective actions and managing resolutions at both the trial and trialist level.

·         You’ll prepare and execute trial communication and insight plans across a range of trials in line with our brand and tone of voice guidelines.

·         You will collect business and technical requirements from key stakeholders and translate these into clear and simple instructions for trialists to follow. Proactively speaking to trialists and elicit feedback on their experience, collating the insights to share with stakeholders.

·         You will manage the day-to-day trialist experience by triaging and responding to trialist queries and issues across our trial platforms. You will also run scrub calls with the Trial Team to hand off defects to our technical colleagues.

·         You will have advanced knowledge of excel, drawing on a wide range of analysis techniques to pull together insights and providing reports to update stakeholders on trial progress.  You’ll also be responsible for managing and maintaining trialist information securely (in line with GDPR guidelines) and validating data.

·         As a Senior Trial Experience Analyst, you will also help to shape the future of the team. You will work with the Experience Manager to define and lead on the delivery of a best practice initiative.

What you'll bring:

·         You will have prior project management experience and a good working knowledge of project management principles. Having a PRINCE2 qualification is preferred, but not essential.

·         You will have an analytical mindset with planning and strategy experience and eliciting requirements. You’ll be proactive and confident to seek out answers for questions that unknowns. Business analysis experience would be preferred, but not essential.

·         You’ll have experience managing a diverse group of stakeholders, including responding to problems, proposing corrective actions, and managing resolutions in a fast-paced environment.

·         You’ll be extremely organised to manage trial demands, stakeholder requests and trialist needs spanning multiple trials.

·         You’ll have experience developing and executing communication plans. You’ll also be able to demonstrate a creative flare to make communications stand out on busy and information-rich platforms.

·         You’ll have the confidence to speak to open forums and large audiences for team promotion and trialist briefings on products and trials.

·         You will be proficient on Microsoft Excel. You’ll have experience using advance formulas and data skills to analyse large datasets and draw insights to present back to stakeholders to influence decision making.

·         You will have a basic understanding of testing and basic understanding of test tools. Centercode experience is preferred, but not essential as training will be offered.

·         You’ll have an imaginative mind to help make the trial experience as exciting as possible!

How you’ll work – UK Hours

The only constant with trials is that there will be change. As a lot can change in a couple of hours, you will need to work 11:00 to 20:00 to support the team in the United Kingdom and be available for trialists during their standard working hours.

 Inclusion

We take pride in our approach to diversity and inclusion: we’ve been recognised by The Times and Stonewall for this, and we’ve committed £30million to support the fight against racial injustice. We’ve also set ambitious targets for increasing ethnic diversity and representation throughout our organisation.

At Sky we don’t just look at your CV. We’re more focused on who you are and your potential. We also know that everyone has a life outside work, so we're happy to discuss flexible working.

And we'll do everything we can to support you during your application. If you need us to make any adjustments to our recruitment process, speak to our recruitment team who will be happy to support you.
