UI/UX designer

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the design and development of user experiences for mid-sized features or small collections of features and ensure alignment with user needs and business goals.

2. Seeking candidates with superior / advanced Figma skills at creating complex interactive prototypes to illustrate component states within long workflow sequences.3. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of responsive design, design system component creation, variables and improving user outcomes from automated testing

3. Apply interaction design principles to create seamless and engaging user flows and interactions across multiple platforms, such as web, mobile, and branch

4. Participate in iterative design processes, incorporate user feedback and insights to improve the overall user experience

5. Support the implementation of inclusive design practices taking into consideration diverse backgrounds and abilities to create accessible and user-friendly experiencesAdditional:

• Previous experience in visual design and interaction principles, with a focus on creating aesthetically appealing and functional digital experiences within an existing design system

• Demonstrated proficiency in storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping to effectively communicate and refine design concepts

• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines, inclusive design practices, and assistive technologies to ensure a diverse and inclusive user experience
