Roles & Responsibilities: Technical Developer / Functional

Consultant

• Design and build end to end technical solutions for complex system

requirements, including integrations, and supporting applications.

• Responsible for key deliverables and engage with

Managers/Associate Directors to understand the project scope,

business requirements and work with onshore and offshore teams to

do successful delivery.

• Design and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to help

organizations optimize their HR and Finance functions and enhance

their employees’ experiences.

Qualifications:

• Candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in IT in

developing and leading team with focus on Integrations and

ERP/SaaS/Cloud based systems.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in workday integration skills

including CCW, PECI, PICOF, Studio

• Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a

publication quality level

• Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module

functionality

• Ability to manage change, good time management and an ability to

work under stress.

Must-Have Certifications

• Certifications in Integration Core, CCTPP, CCB or Studio

Experience & Background

• BE/ B.Tech/ M Tech/ MBA/ MCA

• Experience with Workday Integrations, DT, EIB Inbound and

Outbound integrations, Workday calculated fields and advanced

custom reports.

• Experience in translating integration business requirements to

functional specifications.

• Experience in Leading Technical Team / Working as subject matter

expert through the entire systems development lifecycle.

• Experience in Implementing/Supporting Workday Application.

• Hands-on Integration experience in EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder),

Core Connectors, Workday Studio, CCB, PICOF, PECI & Web Services

API, XML, XSLT.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Workday Custom Reports

• XML/XSLT

• Web Services - SOAP and REST

• Experience in Workday Tools like EIB, DT and Core Connectors

• Integration Security Configuration

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Workday Studio

• CCB, PICOF, PECI

• BIRT

• HCM / Finance Functional module knowledge
