The core purpose of the job is to achieve business growth and gain market share in the assigned
area by deploying and executing channel strategies. The role will also drive customer engagement
to gain share of mind, share of shelf with key category influencers. Attain excellence in
execution by achieving distribution and visibility objectives through effective training and
working with front line team, The scope of the role is to support the Business Manager to grow the overall area in close
coordination with the distributors through front line sales team (DSR) and by developing the
category in all the channels. The role has to ensure the effective distribution & coverage and
build excellence in visibility by developing perfect stores. The role plays a crucial task of
coaching and developing field force and strengthen the sales systems and process at all levels.
The role will achieve key performance goals by ensuring optimum utilization of budgets allocated
as well as improving various sales metrics
