Associate System Engineer
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Monitoring Operations and MOD Team. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of our systems and infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues or anomalies that may arise, contributing to the overall stability and performance of our operations.
Responsibilities:-
Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and availability of our systems and infrastructure using monitoring tools and platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Good technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience.
Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude.

Practical experience handling Major Incident as part of Major Incident Management team.
Knowledge of ITSM tool (ServiceNow, JIRA)

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with diverse groups of people.

High level of attention to detail in monitoring, documenting, and reporting incidents.
Respond promptly to alerts and notifications, investigating and diagnosing issues to determine root causes.
Implement proactive measures to prevent incidents and optimize system performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and escalations in a timely manner.
Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles for troubleshooting and resolution processes.
Participate in the on-call rotation schedule to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents and emergencies.
Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to monitoring tools, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends related to monitoring and operations management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience of 2 plus years).
Proven experience working in a monitoring or operations role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts (24/7).
Proficiency in using monitoring tools and platforms such as [mention specific tools].
