Digital Transformation Expert

Role Description

As a senior subject matter and digital expert focused on data

analytics, data analysis, and data science, you will lead and

manage digital individual projects and the overall project

portfolio with significant resource requirements, risk, and

complexity. Your role entails designing and implementing a

data analytics and reporting landscape for Regulatory

Management & Trade Compliance Import Export activities. You

will provide technical direction and serve as a key resource in

this field. Acting as a liaison between business and IT functions,

you will ensure mutual understanding. Your expertise in digital

solutions will drive measurable impact by automating and

optimizing existing operations and tools through cost/benefit

analysis. Collaborating with other digital experts, IT developers,

and data specialists, you will accelerate the utilization of digital

assets, standard processes, and solutions. Additionally, you will

advise users on their digital transformation journey and

advocate for agile techniques, design thinking, and digital

solutions to catalyze cultural change. Developing and driving

the Regulatory/TC Digital Strategy in alignment with the

department's overall approach and strategy will also be a part

of your responsibilities.

Job Requirements

 You hold a scientific degree in an IT-related field

with extensive knowledge and experience in

various digital technologies.

 You have approximately 4 to 6 years of

professional experience.

 You are well-versed in project methodologies

and possess a strong understanding of the work

required at different project stages, effectively

applying this knowledge in your daily business.

 You can comprehend client and sponsor

expectations, translate them into requirements,

and convert them into technical solutions.

 You possess robust analytical, process-based

thinking, and problem-solving skills.

 You have a background in project management

and process excellence.

 You analyze business processes and assess

automation potentials.

 You excel in end-to-end bot development and

implementing complete process automation

solutions, encompassing every stage from

identifying automation opportunities to crafting

solutions, development, testing, and

deployment using RPA, and other relevant

technologies.

 You have expertise in designing and

implementing intelligent automation solutions

using AI, machine learning, deep learning,

Python, and related technologies.

 You have practical experience using tools such as

Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.

 You are knowledgeable in data management,

data analytics, and visualization, with a solid

understanding of the Tableau tool.

 You are an excellent networker, possess

excellent communication skills, and are

proficient in the English language.
