Client Responsibilities
Understand and translate client needs into effective business and technology solutions.
Implement, configure, develop, and customize ServiceNow workflows and integrations.
Design and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions, adhering to best practices.
Create workflows using ServiceNow tools, including workflows, UI actions, client scripts, and business rules.
Document and test ServiceNow customizations and ensure they meet business requirements.
Collaborate with project teams to maintain transparency, mitigate risks, and share mitigation plans.
Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, ensuring regular status updates and effective communication.
Lead teams within GRC tech enablement projects, ensuring the delivery of project milestones.
Demonstrate flexibility for travel, if required.
People Responsibilities
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for team members.
Foster a culture of teamwork, quality, and knowledge sharing.
Train and mentor team members in project deliverables and workplace policies.
Lead by example and ensure adherence to workplace policies and procedures.
Experience:
3-5 years as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant.
Proven experience in ServiceNow IRM (Entities, Risk, Control, Audit Management) implementation.
Hands-on knowledge of GRC use cases: Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, Vendor Risk, Operational Resilience, Privacy Management, and Audit Management.
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of ServiceNow core platform capabilities and data model.
Proficient in creating workflows, scripts, and customizations in ServiceNow.
Knowledge:
Risk management frameworks (Information Security, Business Continuity, Risk Management).
Soft Skills:
Analytical problem-solving skills for business challenges.
Delivery management and client management experience.
Documentation:
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Domain Expertise:
Advisory and consulting experience in the GRC domain.
Hands-on experience with GRC Implementation or Managed Services.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with the ServiceNow IRM module.
Education:
B.E/B.Tech in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Science, MBA/M.Sc., or equivalent.
Certifications:
ServiceNow Certifications (e.g., System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM/IRM/GRC modules).
Work Experience:
Experience with Big 3 consulting firms or leading IT/ITeS organizations.
ServiceNow System Administrator.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, IRM, and other GRC modules).
