Inventory Controller

* Bring in finished foods - bulk packs from South Africa and pack it at the India center
* It's one of kind facilities in India for packing - best in class - packing - machines and set
up from Japan
* Purpose - meet to changing demands (4 kg, 1 kg) have that flexibility to pack. Don't hold too
much of inventory at any point.

Requirements -
* The candidate will report to the Supply Chain manager - Santosh Iyer
* Hard core warehouse operations but should have worked in a factory
* Has the entire knowledge of managing inventory, getting stocks from the third party vendor,
check what materials required for production, makes sure to raise the right requests
* Maintain inventory levels of safety stocks, reorder points and catering to needs of vendors.
* Control on inventory - stocks audits, book stocks keeping, hold responsible for stocks,
physical verifications.
* Make a process - follow the process, verifications, documentations and everything should be
auditable. Checking all the documents and verifying while issuing stocks.
* Positive and negative adjustments, physical cyclic counts - physical v/s systems
* Good at excel, SAP
* Backup for production scheduler (desirable) - planning systems.
* Good communication skills and willingness to relocate (how far they are from the factory
location)
* Factory location - Baapgoan near Kalyan city (20 mins Kalyan station)
* Companies that we can target - Unilever, ITC, DHL, Amazon warehouse
* Similar roles like supply planner and production planner but shouldn't be purely in that.
* Titles: Warehouse operation executive, Supply chain executive, logistics controller etc
