PMO Team:
This position will be a part of the Project Management Office (PMO) team within Management Consulting service line. The Management Consulting practice works with its clients on a broad range of business issues across Financial Management, Business Effectiveness, People and Change, Operational Strategy and Technology.

Roles & Responsibilities:
This individual will be a part of the offshore delivery PMO team and work with onshore engagement teams on PMO of programmes supporting clients across the globe.
PMO responsibilities will include:
Consultant position in the Project Management Office (PMO) team
Shall be assisting on large transformation engagements for UK based Clients and other geographies.
Scope of work shall involve design, mobilization, and execution of all project management activities like project planning, governance, financial management, reporting, risk management etc.
Project maintenance and designing for data collaboration, harmonizing process, process re-engineering using different tools like SharePoint, JIRA, DevOps etc.
Should have experience on PMO tools (Power BI, JIRA, RAID)
Experience of programs across Digital platforms like Automation, Machine Learning, Internet of Things, Analytics, etc. Managing program communication, project meetings and outreach to engagement teams in different Member Firms / Clients
Support creation, validation, and analysis of financial dashboards - plan vs actuals, financial forecast, profitability, work-in-progress, etc.
Distributed / Centralized billing, Invoicing Issue Management, Reconciliation with PO
Complete handle and clarity on the commercial/ financial performance of a project/ program
Identifying, recommending, and implementing the appropriate tools, methods and templates that are required within the centralized PMO organization.
Supporting multiple workstreams to create a centralized PMO organization.
Engaging with key stakeholders and client subject matter experts
Document Management & Tool Management
How to create, manage and migrate SharePoint
The Individual & Expected Skills:
A minimum of 5 to 8 years of work experience in project management in a leading professional services firm (e.g., international consulting firm, Big 4, IT Enabled Services Industry) or existing PMO captive
Knowledge of Project management, Microsoft Project, and Power BI
Experience of programs across Digital platforms like Automation, Machine Learning, Internet of Things, Analytics, etc.
Experience of working in multi geography engagements
Ability to handle routine tasks with directions and is ready for roles on complex, challenging assignments.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written to interact effectively with stakeholders around the globe.
Be confident interacting and building relationships at the most senior levels.
Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data quickly and draw meaningful insights.
Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality of delivery.
Willingness to work in a highly demanding and results oriented team environment where priorities can change frequently.
Language skills: English (proficient). Other global language capabilities will be an added advantage.
Proficient in PMO Tools and techniques (Power BI, JIRA, confluence, DevOps) Microsoft Project, Advance level PowerPoint and Advance level Excel required.
Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment, be flexible in their approach and open to work in UK shift times if required.
Willingness to travel overseas for extended periods if required.
Qualification:
Graduate/Post graduate degree from a reputed institute
· PMP, CAPM, Prince 2 Certification will be an added advantage.
