Title: Senior Specialist, Marketing Analytics

Location: Bangalore – Electronic City

 

Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Specialist to join our Digital Marketing-Data Analytics team under Ecommerce business. You will partner with analysts, data engineers, digital marketing specialists and play a crucial role in driving growth and success of our ecommerce business. The ideal candidate is someone who’s passionate about building BI solutions, generating analytics & insights to improve business performance.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to drive insights into business performance.

  • Design, develop and automate data tools and dashboards that enable self-service frameworks for the data consumers.

  • Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques that translate data into actionable insights that power marketing strategies.

  • Implement data hygiene, data standardization and data transformation that optimizes other data processes.

  • Understand business questions, audience use cases and translate business requirements into technical design and specifications.

  • Work with Marketing specialists to form creative data solutions to support experimentation.

  • Perform on-going validation of metrics definitions and define new metrics required to aid successful business measurement.

  • Identifying new opportunities to automate reports, dashboards, data management processes, current operations and show root cause analysis of problems.

  • Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to drive insights into business performance.

 

Minimum Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Data Science or Engineering.

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Marketing Analytics.

  • Proficient in reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Google Data Studio, experience with Digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

  • Experience with SQL, Relational Database management systems and Cloud Databases (GCP).
