Role - Servicenow - Consultant

Experience: 4.6 to 7 years

Location- Bangalore/Pune (Hybrid)

Education - BE/B.tech, MCA, M.Tech

Certification: CSA & ITIL

NP- Immediate to 90 Days

Work Timings: 11:30 AM to 8 PM

Interview Rounds – 2 Round (1st round virtual & 2nd round F2F)

Responsibilities:

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation and development experience with minimum 2-3 full cycle implementation.

• Candidates should have CSM & ITIL certification  + any other Servicenow certification will be an added advantage.

• Development of ITSM(Must have) & other modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM)(Any 2) in ServiceNow Platform.

• Experience in Web Technologies (XML, HTML,JAVA Script, etc.)

• Service Now Integration to various solutions (SaaS, External Apps) using REST API / web service / JSON / ServiceNow Scripting.

• Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work
