Role Responsibilities:
• The ServiceNow GDN Assistant Manager is responsible for responding to customer proposals, effort estimation, presenting KPMG value proposition to prospective clients.
• Ideal candidate should have done ServiceNow Presales role before
• Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to establish a rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills & Ability to work.
Requirement:
• Should have prior experience on creating ServiceNow proposals.
• Experience on responding to ServiceNow RFP's & proposal defense.
• Experience on creating effort estimation for proposals.
• Should have strong Presentation skills preferably creating ServiceNow proposals, should have good excel skills.
• Should have prior working experience in ServiceNow tool.
• Very strong and established track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment involving multiple stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork.
• Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.
• Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.
Must-Have Certifications
Certified System Administrator
ITIL Certifications (any certification)
Other Service-Now Certifications (Preferred)
Scrum master (Preferred)
Experience & Background
B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA
7+ years of IT industry experience.
Consistently engage with the clients, interpret their requirements, staff projects while managing the communication flow throughout
Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
Knowledge of web based development languages; specifically JavaScript, Ajax
Exposure of ITSM Framework and ITIL
Excellent Communication Skills
