Purpose of the Role :-

The Salesforce Project Manager plays a crucial role in providing day-to-day support for the Salesforce (SFDC) platform and overseeing the delivery of project outcomes. This position is key in leading the design, implementation, and management of strategic Salesforce projects. As a subject matter expert, the successful candidate will oversee every phase of project execution—from scoping and design to build, implementation, and successful deployment. The goal of this role is to enhance user engagement and streamline business processes, ultimately delivering great value to both users and leaders by optimizing our customer relationship management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :-

Salesforce Administrator -

● Administer, configure, and update the Salesforce platform to ensure it meets daily operational needs and project requirements.

● Monitor user adoption rates and implement strategies to improve engagement and usage.

● Manage the functional areas of the Salesforce.com CRM application to ensure data integrity and system performance.

● Proactively bring new ideas to the team to drive innovation and increase efficiency.

● Build and manage complex reports, dashboards and views to fulfill stakeholder requests as needed

● Effectively communicate with stakeholders in different regions and time zones, including during non-traditional business hours

Project Manager

● Lead the planning, execution and delivery of Projects. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and various stakeholders.

● Manage project tracking, testing, documentation, and training to ensure successful deployment.

● Identify opportunities to leverage the out of box Salesforce capabilities and various integration tools.

● Oversee the production of project deliverables, working closely with both technical and non- technical team members to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

● Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with project stakeholders, providing vision and future product road mapping.

Candidate’s Profile :-

Ideal team member will have experience in both business support roles and CRM management, with a strong history of analyzing and delivering projects that support strategic organizational goals.

Candidate should be proficient in engaging and managing stakeholders across all levels and from diverse cultural backgrounds. They must also be adept at running multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously across intersecting timelines.

Education/Professional Experience

● Salesforce Admin Certification required

● Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, strategic technology projects, preferably within CRM or related fields.

● Extensive experience in Salesforce administration, with a proven track record of successful platform management and enhancement.

Skills & Competencies

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively across all levels of the organization

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Skilled in influencing organizational change and advocating for the adoption of new technologies and processes

● Continuously updated on the latest in digital technologies and Salesforce updates to effectively leverage new tools and methodologies

● Ability to juggle complex projects, organize and prioritize
