The scope of the role is to support the Business Manager to grow the overall area in close coordination with the distributors through front line sales team (DSR) and by developing the category in all the channels. The role has to ensure the effective distribution & coverage and build excellence in visibility by developing perfect stores. The role plays a crucial task of coaching and developing field force and strengthen the sales systems and process at all levels. The role will achieve key performance goals by ensuring optimum utilization of budgets allocated as well as improving various sales metrics

Solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes
Strong analytical skills
Sales experience required in FMCG/Pet Pharma
Sales experience in working with distributors, appointing new distributors
Experience in modern trade or working with supermarkets, hypermarkets like reliance fresh, V mart, big bazaar etc
Education / Certifications: Full time graduation is mandatory, MBA preferred with 3-6 years of relevant exp in sales of FMCG/Pet pharma products
