Key Accounts Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Full operational responsibility for the ecommerce account and implementation of the sell plan by managing supply fulfillment - Develop retailer wise supply & execution strategies to maximize fill rates. Complete ownership of online availability of the planned assortment
· Complete ownership of the Order to Payment lifecycle of each purchase order.
· Ensure Master data management, maintain inventory health and proactively plan for supply expansion.
· Implement, measure and monitor the performance of each account plan (Fill Rate, Offtake, Primary Billing, invoice issues and payments) taking decisive action to deliver sales revenue in line with plan.
· Customer Business Development through execution of category best practices and insights, and development of common strategic initiatives.
· Support KAM in developing a mutually beneficial JBP with Key customers with clearly defined KPIs and review mechanisms.
Job Specifications/Qualifications
· Minimum 3-4 years’ experience, MBA Preferred.
· Must have exposure of at least two years in either Key Account Execution with E com or MT
· Prior e-commerce experience preferred, either on the platform side or the brand side
· Committed to self-development and can demonstrate a willingness to operate outside of his/her comfort zone with an entrepreneurial spirit.
