The Area Sales Manager is primarily responsible for development of Business and ensure to increase the penetration rate. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business by actively identifying opportunities to improve processes and/or procedures.

Duties and responsibilities

• First level of contact for all queries from the OEM dealer

• To drive the sales through the OEM dealers in the assigned territory to achieve the desired product numbers and attachment ratio.

• Build relationships with various stakeholders [Sales/Service/Warranty Team/Accounts/team] at dealer and with OEM field team.

• Regular Interactions with Dealer Principle’s for business development

• Identifying the dealer sales team member wise attachment ratio to drive the business

• Train, motivate and align the dealership staff to promote the sales

• Receivables/ Payables management for the assigned dealers

 Experience in the field of Client ; Dealer management

 Must have Skills: Sales and Marketing Skill, Knowledge of OEMs Motor Dealership Business

 Travel visits to dealers will be required.
