Job Title: Senior Executive- Quality Control

Job location : Jigani, Bangalore

Role description 

·       Completion of Sampling and analysis on time as per turnaround time.

·       Compliance to KPI and ensure first time right analysis.

·       Analysis of samples for retest as per timelines and providing data.

·       Analysis of data and trending

·       Participate actively in trainings

·       Maintenance of logbooks, registers, and documents in QC online

·       Maintains all analytical equipment/instruments in QC

·       Maintains a neat and orderly workplace and office.

·       Prepares necessary standards and stock solutions as necessary.

·       Document results and observations as per department guidelines (e.g., Lab Notebook, Project Files)

·       Communicates technical results to supervisors, customers, and colleagues.

·       Monitor all parameters as required in a shift and records all observations during shift.

·       Knowledge and Practice of  Quality management system (QMS)

·       Implement Kaizens to cut costs, reduce safety hazards, raise purity, or suggest changes to improve batch-to-batch consistency

·       Understand and follow processes and procedures laid down in QMS (Quality Management System).

·       Ensure compliance to QMS.

·       Problem-solving and development of analytical techniques to suit production conditions

·       Response to customer stakeholders' peer's authorities on time and answering to their queries.

·       Investigation of quality complaints, OOS, Deviation, and related QMS on time.

·       Ensure the quality and correctness of reports, documents, and data from the QC.

·       Provide the CAPEX and budget requirement details, gather quotations, vendor communication, procurement and installation as per company requirements. Repair and reporting requirements of the instrument to engineering and external service providers as required.

·       Batch releases are made as per the turnaround time for each stakeholder.

·       Manpower and resource planning, sourcing resumes, interviewing, and hiring individuals for QC as required.

·       Representing in Audits for QC in both internal and external audits providing appropriate CAPA for observations and closure of CAPA on time as per target timeline.
